Description

GitLab private repo images fail to load with error 401 in the Codecov dashboard and various other places. The failed image fallback text overlaps the UI making it difficult to read and navigate pages.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a private GitLab project
  2. Set the project avatar in General Settings
  3. Link the project in Codecov

Expected behavior: The project avatar should appear. Or, at least, the default Codecov icon should appear.

Actual behavior: The browser shows a failed image load icon.

Flakiness? Occurs all the time
