Disable codecov patch

I tried to apply all other solutions that were mentioned by owners. I am still not able to disable patch setting. Can you please take a look?

@VijayanB, your codecov.yml does not pass validation. coverage -> status -> project -> threshold must be a number.

Got it. Thanks for quick response. After updating threshold now patch check is removed.
